This company has to be one of the worst appliance repair companies in southern California. On January 20th of 2020 I called because my Kitchenaid ice maker stopped working. Tony came and after two visits he finally fixed it. The cost was $336.08 and I got a year warranty on repairs.
Tony told me that he was the owner of the company.
On October 15th of this year I called Tonyon his personal phone number because my ice maker stopped working again. I texted him and left him several messages but never returned my calls.
Finally I spoke with Jason who posses to be the owner of the company and sent Nicholas to my residence to evaluate the repair. He told me that needs a new part and it will be covered by the warranty. He promised me that he should have it ready in couple days. A week passed and never heard of him again. Finally Jason got involved and I was told they had the part. On their way to my home I got a call from Jason that they had the wrong part and they had to order the correct one. A week passed and both Jason and Nicholas showed up again with the wrong part for the second time. I was furious about the incompetence and lack of knowledge.
They promised to order the correct part and Nicholas came back in couple days with the new part promising that it will work this time. After fourty eight hours no ice, a week passed no ice. I called again and spoke with Jason and he promised me that he will order the correct part this time. He asked me to text a copy of the receipt and he was going to give it to Tony and come and fix my ice maker. To this day nobody is returning my calls or texts neither Jason or Tony. They shouldn't be in business, this company is deciveing customers all the time by reading so many bad reviews here and elsewhere. I am going to file a complaint with the Palm Desert Better Business bureau as well. Stay away from this company. Service: Refrigerator repair

Thank you, High Quality Appliance Service, for never calling me back! I have been waiting since Saturday for you to come and look at my broken Whirlpool washing machine!!! I called another repair company on Tuesday and they came out the very same day and fixed my washer. I hope no one else will waist their time on you! One star is a lot for you! These guys did not show! They ignored my texts and left me waiting all day. Avoid. I had called the day and booked over the phone with someone who said a repairman would come between 11-3 pm and I'd get a call 30 mins beforehand. They did not answer my calls and texts and left me waiting all day. Horrible service!!!

Again the washing machine in my apartment broke and we've been waiting for 3 days for them to call us to come out and fix it. We have a baby and we need our washer repaired. TRULY TERRIBLE COMPANY! They have not changed in years... if you are choosing to hire this company with such reviews that is on you. But this kind of service is totally unacceptable. Service: Washing machine repair
