I get more customer service from the mobile app than being in person. I had fraud on my account & because there was a phone number attached to the debit, I was told that the charge looked legitimate & that I had to call that number to get them to reverse the charge. *Surprise* the number is a non working number. I stopped my direct deposit. Now when trying to cash my paper check from my employer which has a 1-877 phone number on the check to verify authenticity & funds availability, I'm told they don't do that and they are going to hold my check for several days to verify in an obviously old fashioned way. I asked will I be allowed to at least get 10% of my check so I can get gas etc. The teller said, I can give you $20 that's it until it clears which will be Tuesday. On a previous occasion when fraud was committed, my account was debited taking nearly all the money I had out. I had made a few debits playing an online game. These were $1.05. Because I had no money in my account (unknown to me) I was charged $37.50 for each $1 transaction which there were 4. All they want to do is see how many times they can charge you fees. How come I can have a debit card from Chime etc & there are no fees. If there's suspect charges they text you at least. My days with this bank are numbered & I will strive to get my family to go elsewhere. Maybe 5 separate accounts don't matter but this poor service matters to us.

Long wait at drive thru. No one seemed to want to help me. I waited for 6 minutes for car in front of me then another 8 minutes to be helped. Never had such terrible service from this location

I love this bank so much. The ladies there are very professional. Can get real busy a lot of the time, though.
