Responded to phone call the first day and was out doing the work the next day. Very pleasant guys and consciencious . They kept asking what we wanted if they had decisions to make. They were neat and cleaned up after the work was done. Thanks so much. Shout out to Brett and Garett.

Fred came out to install my new ac unit. The coil drain hose was not installed properly and is now running water all over the concrete slab underground the trailer. He also didn’t run thermostat wire through the house. My thermostat is now sitting write by my dryer and heater so it reads completely different then what the rest of the house is. When called to talk to him about it he said that he didn’t have the items needed to install the drain hose properly and the thermostat is fine where it’s at. Then he got upset because he came out once to give the estimate, once to install and now he need to come back to install the drain hose properly. Would not recommend him to anyone!
