I've been going to Waldorf Dental Group over 10 years and I'm please with the service, which has remained positively consistent. Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I get compliments on my teeth constantly. I highly recommend this dental office.

Terrible practice. When Dr. Rogowski retired, they went down hill and replaced him with Dr. Pham. Dr. Pham is extremely unprofessional. He badmouthed Dr Rogowski.He suggested actions that actually damaged my teeth. I had to get a root canal and went through major pain and suffering. I also had to replace a crown they installed wrong.They have zero sympathy. They actually want to send me to collections for what they believe I owe. They should be paying me for the reworks I did because of their actions.They take 0 responsibility.The dentist I go to now in Herndon is night and day difference.DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE.

STAY AWAY! This is where incompetence and negligence meet kindness. The staff and the dentists are kind, but if you care about your oral health this isn't a good practice. I went there in 2014 to replace a filling on one of molars and not just had that tooth severly damaged,but also the second molar beside it. Dr. Malloney also stated that the pain I described after several visits was in my head. After getting a second opinion a bone infection caused by his negligence was found and 5 years and thousands of dollars later I am still dealing with the issues caused by Dr. Malloney and Doctor Choi. Once again, this review is purely based on the quality of the services provided by the dentists at this practice, and it is at a minimum concerning.

Three attempts at root canal. After first attempt, Tooth was infected but I was never prescribed antibiotics,. Went back after a week, and tooth was worse. Third attempt, I was sent to another dentist because roots were deep and they didn't have the equipment to handle it. VERY costly root canal to say the least. One is bad enough, but three times on the same tooth is NOT fun! Have a nice bill to pay off!

Maloney Joseph DDS ~Clinton OfficeWhen I became a patient is the Clinton office every appointment I scheduled has gotten canceled by the office. Appointments are hard to come by. If you cancel the day of you get charged a fee...however, when the office cancels you just get pushed back 2 months. The secretaries that work at this office are very very rude. They hung the phone up one 2 times.I am so so disappointed by this office! I have never been to a dentist office that is this poorly managed. They never seem to have a dentist that wants to work all day. If the dentist wants to leave early they will just cancel your appointment. They do not care about their members at all. I hope they replace the secretaries at this Clinton office!!
