I would give All Care VNA, Hospice & Home Care zero stars if possible. I spoke to the intake representative and she was so obnoxious with zero communication skills. I would never move forward with this organization given this is how they staff their first line of communication. Very disappointing! Luckily, I was able to find a professional organization for my dad's home health care needs.

I worked for All Care for 6 years and left because I thought the grass was greener. No, it wasn't. I have worked for 4 different companies since then, and I always find myself comparing them to All Care. Well, the rates were low by then and I'm sure they've improved. But when it comes to their hands on training for their Home Health Aides & team work, its the best. Many agencies out here don't do that much training. For a job that requires hand on, most agencies are now relying on online training videos. That's not enough. And I also recently reached out for assistance as a former employee and you did help me out. Don't be surprised if I make a U-turn in the future. Thanks All Care.
