Dont do in-store pick up here. Kohl's is not as good as used to be. I ordered a pair of jeans online and thought. I would try store pick up and have the other be sent to my home. Thinking it be able to be picked up first. Wrong, I get the notification 2 days after the rest came. I read the e-mail it says. "Bring your phone!You'll need it to pick up your order.Head to the Self-Pickup area.Located near Customer Service at back of storeOpen your pickup pass.Follow instructions there to complete
your pickup before you leave the store."
Ok I have my phone go to the back of the store. Click the pick up pass.... I have no signal... I sign in the store wifi... it won't load... I go to "find the instructions " there are none. So there is a counter. I walk up say I have a pick up. She 1st coughs in my face (btw I have cough now lucky me) she says open the pick up pass........ which was still loading.... and never loaded. I had her call her manager and just have them get it from the e-mail. I'm not doing that ever again. Also they put in self check out
.. another thing I dislike and finally took out the jewelry counter. I used to get stuff... but not now. The worst is they never get long plus-size pants in. Which is why I had to order online.
