I went here twice and had terrible experiences. First I went to add authorize user and they told me to just call to do that even though I was already at the store. Second time, I went to get a new phone and add a line. The lady who was working there did not want to work and did not care. She had negative attitude from the start and told me I have to pay certain amount to get the promotion. Now, i had this iphone on us promotion few months ago and i know the amount she told me was not right. I told her that I will just order online and left. I wish the customer service in store was better. By the way, I went to the store on 2/19/23 around noon time. I hope the service improves in the future.

On Sunday afternoon, we went to tmobile store to add a new line. The employee does not want to help set up the phone line. She does not seem to enjoy providing customer service. The female clearly does not want to work. I would avoid going to the tmobile store on sunday to avoid bad customer service. But rather just make a phone call to mobile to get the best help instead of having a negative day.

After a disastrous encounter at another local T-Mobile store, Whitney Johnson, Shatiq and Artese helped calm my mother and my nerves and get us back on track with our new phones. From the time we entered to the store to the time we left, they were knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and compassionate. Shatiq placed my mother and my screen protector on my phone so well, I honestly forgot there was one up here. It looks great! Im really appreciative of this team and I look forward to visiting them and giving them my business in the near future. Thanks for an awesome encounter!

Shatiq was amazing! I haven't had pleasant experiences with T-Mobile but Shatiq changed that! Very helpful and friendly, actually helped us save nearly $100 on our family plans and only $97 out the door to upgrade a phone and add a line!
