      image We’ve rented through UR Services for almost 2 years now. Josh was helping us before and would always get back to us within a few days when any problems arose. We’ve tried getting in contact with UR Services for almost a month now (to renew our contract AND because our garbage disposal is leaking, potentially causing water damage for the owner) and we haven’t heard back. We’ve tried emailing a calling multiple times, leaving voicemails and have received no response. I sent a letter with our last rent check and I will be floored if that check is processed and we still don’t hear back. This is extremely unprofessional.
