This is tough. The service is good. Everyone is so kind and there's  never too much of a wait. Sadly. ALL transactions take days to show on your account. I don't mean two or three because that would still be frustrating but doable...no, Bank of Alma goes beyond the minor annoyances and gives itself a FULL week to handle EACH transaction. If you aren't balancing your account, do not bother depending on your online account to keep you up to date. Honestly, don't even bother using your money at all unless you are keeping a CLOSE eye on it because it isn't hard to go in the red. Shoot, I wish this was the only issue I have with this institution...getting a debit card was harder than it should be...you can't spend more than $200 a day unless you ask for an increase on your debit withdrawal limit. Look, I can't name everything that has been irritating as heck since I opened an account with this ridiculously almost archaic bank. The computers must be for decor... If you're really into balancing your checkbook manually and constantly or if you enjoy not knowing just what hasn't been withdrawn from your account yet, this bank is for you.
