A-1 delivery company was the best so far I had a washer and dryer delivered. they installed the new ones and hualed away the old ones they were very careful not to damage my new floors. The driver was also very helpful removing my old appliances over all making the delivery fast and easy they arrived when they said they would and even called 10 min prior informing me they would arrive shortly. The customer service was also very informative when I called the office to schedule my delivery.

Terrible customer service. Show up an hour early or not at all. Actually delivered a scratched appliance and I refused delivery and they "misplaced" it. Took several months to get a refund.

This should go to GE and Costco for relying on this company. First, they played the same game that they did to several others on these reviews--They pulled out the previous refrigerator and said that they could not remove it because they could not turn the water valve and that it was against their policy. I needed to call a plumber to get a new valve installed before they could install, perhaps in a few days. Then they asked if I wanted them to take the refrigerator back to the factory and I indicated no--just bring it into the kitchen and I will install after I call the plumber. They left the item and quickly left--then I noticed that they delivered the WRONG refrigerator to our house and delivered the one that was supposed to be delivered to us (which was about $1200 more) to another house. Calls to the company (Blair is the GM) were not helpful, making it our problem to solve. No ownership. Still have two unwanted refrigerators in the middle of my kitchen and Blair had left for the day at 2:45. I am told he will call me in the morning. Will update later.

If I can give 0 star, I would... they handled my Costco/GE delivery. During the delivery, they dragged the old stove and damaged my floor. I addressed it with the delivery guys when it happened, but they said nothing and left. I went to Costco but they told me that there is nothing they can do because GE handles that. I then went to GE, and they said that A-a Delivery Company handles that. I spoke with a few people at A-1 like Perla, and weeks of waiting, someone came to my house to take pictures but that was it. He apologized for how the situation was being handled up to that point and explained that this was not company standard, and that they really cared about customers, they will make this right, etc etc... it is now November (claim date was in July) and I'm still not getting anywhere. My few messages to the manager Blair Depree at A-1 were never returned. Obviously, it's been very frustrating, and I can't believe Costco even allows something like this to happen. I'm disappointed in Costco, GE and most of all A-1.

A1 delivered a washer and dryer on 2nd floor of a brand new home and damaged the dryer then put the washer drain hose in a sealed pipe and flooded the ceiling and lights. When contacting A1, Blair was rude and said he had more important meetings with his largest contractor and then hung up. When he eventually called back he blamed the issue on the builder and accepted no fault and again hung up This company has zero customer service and Blair needs serious training. If I could give less than one star I certainly would.
