I want to thank DanDale Fence for taking good care of my mother. For over 50 years, she had an unattractive, inefficient metal fence, which was not beneficial for providing safety and privacy. The excellent staff at DanDale Fence was professional, reasonably priced, and prompt. She obtained a beautiful privacy fence that gave her a feeling of security and gave me less stress. The staff was quick with assessing her needs, had a lot of variety, and was fair. I highly recommend their services based on our experience from start to finish.

Nice people but poor communication when they hand you off to other employees (salesman to project manager to construction manager to subcontractor, and everyone else in between). Submitted incorrect plan to City for approval. Absolutely no oversight on subcontractors. Began installing my fence in the wrong location, after I'd paid for the additional site survey and property line pin marking and walked the site with the sub. I didn't leave a review initially following the install due to fear that if there was warranty work they would give me a hard time. Now there is work that should be covered under warranty (gate drop rod concrete popped out due to limited depth during install), and they will not correct the work without additional payment. This final interaction is very minor but speaks to the poor workmanship, oversight of subs, and customer care of this company.

After my pervious review Tyler reached out to help resolve my issue. While the fence may or may not have been the same one I requested my small dogs were able to escape. Like I stated in my previous post I purchased a fence to keep my small dogs in the yard so when we met with the sales rep we assumed he would have the best knowledge on addressing our concern. Also as stated on the previous phone call with Tyler the fence is a great quality fence, durable, and was built very quickly. Tyler has been able to find a workable solution to close the distance within the bars to keep our small dogs in the yard. Thank you.

When moving into our home, we were looking to find a fence solution that was fitting for our small yorkies. While riding through our neighborhood, we saw the sign for DanDale Fence. Billy, the sales rep came by within days after calling which was perfect. While walking around and deciding, we mentioned the need to have a fence installed with small gaps that prevents our smallest yorkie from getting through. Billy went to his vehicle and brought in a sample that seemed to be perfect. Our smallest yorkie was afraid, but when attempting to push him through, it was evident that his face nor shoulders could fit through the bars.
Fast forward to today ... it doesn't seem that it is the same fence that was provided within the sample and our yorkies ran right through the fence. We are now stuck with a fence that doesn't function as needed. We were offered another solution that would require the old fence to be pulled up and us charged additional money. This is very disappointing especially when we stated the concern on multiple occasions. The sample fence was perfect, what we got is not what was expected. The only offer we received was an Amazon link with a solution that we have to purchase. In my opinion this is quite unfair when this is not our expectation. So, we now have a fence that is just there with no true function as discussed when the representative first came out.
If I could have torched the sign out of my yard, I would have. Instead I pulled it out of the ground and put it in the trash. Huge disappointment and wouldn't recommend this company to any of my neighbors, family or friends. Companies and Organizations should really do better with holding themselves accountable. I hold myself accountable for one thing and that is not seeking out other options.
It seems that the DanDale should have held themselves accountable for the extra expense. We clearly mentioned and asked multiple times. We asked for the bars that were closer together but it's definitely not what we got.
