Went to this practice on December 28th 2022 and they wanted me to schedule a MRI with another Sentara Facility. I tried calling them and speaking with the Medical Assistant for Tracy.  I had to leave a message and that was the first week of January.  Never received a return call.  Than I called to see if I could the MRI order written for MRI & CT Diagnostics because I heard they are cheaper and they take your insurance. I have been waiting for  2 weeks and this has happened.  When I called to get the order re-written I had the person who answered the phone take a written message since they have a problem returning phone calls.  I explained to here that I haven't received a returned call for a message I left in early January.  She stated they are really busy.  They should make time in their to schedule return phone calls.  NOT HAPPY WITH PRACTICE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING.  I made an appointment with Dawn Phieffer with Atlantic Foot and Ankle.

Linda Gutierrez the patient. First they canceled my appointment apon arrival, they claimed to have called to verify.
They were unable to due to them not having my phone number after giving it to them. They made me come back wasted my time. They pulled old data from Sentera. Waiting on doctor, the assistant came in, went down a long list of old medication. Waste of time felt like she was not listening and rushed. Dr. Came in, I felt rushed out. I tried to ask questions and she replied (ask the assistant). Then he assistant came in, I tried to speak to her and she answered one question as she walked away, while I was still speaking. Then at check out i was trying to tell them they had the wrong information, upon doing so the appointment receptionist had an attitude and was rude. Just plain rushed me out also never responding to my questions didn't even bother to acknowledge my have a good day. Overall very unpleasant, cold, and rude environment. With my questions unanswered I learned absolutely nothing about my toe condition. Think twice before selecting this office.
