Was unable to get food inside. Stood in line behind another patron and when they left the staff ignored me for a couple of minutes then finally asked if I had ordered. I advised no and that I would like...and was interrupted and advised they were taking orders on the kiosk. I asked if I had to use that and was told yes. I don't work there and don't feel like doing their job. I left.

ok, here to clear some of these bad reviews up.
1. lobby cant always be open due to the lack of employees they have and if they were doing in store and drive through it would get crazy and orders would take a lot longer and service wouldnt be great
2. yeah, if your doordash was made wrong it usually means they were out of the items needed just contact doordash you will get a refund.
3. if people arent answering its most likely that they are busy, like stated they dont have much staff. it gets really bad at night honestly, the staff gets worse so if its late i dont recommend. as for early such as 7 try to give 30 minutes usually its 2 people running the whole store and they have to put ingredients up to serve you and turn on appliances.
4. this is fast food, i get yall are paying. but fast food is cheap and its not quality wether it should be or not. if you are upset with the service i recommend going somewhere more up class that will go over the moon rather than the overworked minimum waged employees at taco bell.
