Went to pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy ONLY to find out that they changed their hours over the weekend without advertising it. Had meds there that I was out of and could not get till Monday because they are NO LONGER OPEN SATURDAY'S OR SUNDAYS PLUS THEY ARE CLOSED DAILY FROM 1:30 - 2:00 Daily.
Obviously Rite- Aid is not there to serve its customers efficiently.

Get a friendly cashier upfront who will look up and great you when asked a question. She was cold with a short one word answer NO

Had to go here after my sons prescription had to be moved from my original pharmacy. First man was nice but the lady there gave me an attitude for no reason. I was polite about having to wait as it was not a normal prescription for him and not his usual pharmacy but the lady gave me an attitude about moving my car if another car came behind me when I couldnt hear what she said the first time. There is a second lane even though Id have no trouble moving but I dont understand what the attitude was for because I didnt hear and she had to repeat herself. She was very annoyed through the rest of the visit as well. Ill be sticking with my original pharmacy thats for sure.
