I made a big mistake choosing Charles Swedish. My hard earned money went down the drain. Swedish told me he could get my criminal case overturned. That didn't happen. You can't tell him anything about your own opinion. He knows everything and will hang up the phone on you. I made a gigantic mistake with this Attorney!

If you want a decent chance at fighting any charges you may be facing ,do yourself a justice and don't hire charles swedish . He's the worst lawyer i have ever encountered , I had an illegal search and seizer case , at the time i retained him he assured me that he could beat the charges,I never heard anything back from him until three months later which he tried to get me to except a 5 yr plea . He did not file a motion to suppress the evidence until 6 months after my arrest, which was a waste of time because it consisted of 1 page I have never met a lawyer, who claimed to have practiced law for over thirty years could be so incompetent .It took seven more months and 2 new lawyer before i was released ,no thanks to Mr.Swedish he lies through his teeth he also withheld important documents from my discovery that could have vindicated me along time ago.He also promised to handle a forfiture case and a probation violation for the same cost which he reniged on the bar association will definitely be hearing from me with along of about five more individuals i met during my incarceration

He Is a thief worst law firm in the area. Don't trust them they will rip you off...They threaten you with the law when he didn't even work for me and never returns your call. They take money from you because thats what they do

This firm stole my money, I had too report them to the bar association they play games and threaten me and is very unprofessional.
