We have stayed here many times. the rooms are very outdated. We stayed here when they were Holiday Inn and the prices matched the rooms. now that theyve changed owners and names, the rooms are still outdated im not worth the price that they charge for ocean from now.

The hotel is in a premiere spot right on Vero Beach. The sand is absolutely stunning. The water quality's gorgeous and swimming is spectacular. The city does rent chairs, umbrellas, and tables right in front of the resort. It costs $30 per day and it is well worth it. There is no restaurant directly inside this hotel, but connecting to it is Mulligan's bar, which is fabulous. You can order room service from this restaurant. There is a decent sized outdoor pool in the center of the hotel complex, which is blocked by the wind. Many families were enjoying the pool area since the wind had kicked up. The hotel rooms are a little run-down and outdated. Our room had a very strange smell about it. It could be from damage from past hurricane water damage. The interior room layout worked great for us. The balcony view was worth every dollar. It was small with two tables and small end table but just right for us. We would definitely return for certain.
Walkability: The hotel is conveniently located next to countless bars, restaurants, retail shopping, liquor store, etc.It is in the prime location!

Absolutely no complaints about staying here for a week- kind and helpful staff, location could not be better and price is GREAT. The room is outdated but it didnt bother me at all! Will be staying here again
