Josh is simply outstanding! I really dreaded the process of buying a housebut Josh was my champion and made this experience so easy. He was always well prepared with homes for viewing. At the end of a long day of home visits, when we came up empty, he was patient and said it will come. I loved that Josh embraced my hotel GM eye and helped me look at homes more critically. He was always fast and responded to all of my questions. He went above and beyond to help me make the purchase and move of the house happen. When a vendor or service was needed Josh had a contact.
