Installation, service and repair of:Plumbing supply systems in copper and various PEX/plastic piping. Drainage systems in PVC, copper, cast and ABS. Water based heating systems in copper, PEX/plastic and steam.This includes work on: Baseboard, Radiant or panel heating; moving fixtures, new toilets, changing faucets, freeze up protection and repair, hot water heaters, oil fired boiler cleanings, boiler swaps and installs, smart thermostat installs, etc.Here are a few exceptions and clarifications:Drain clogs:I work with small line, or point of use clogs. I do not free large blockages affecting multiple fixtures.Gas systems:I can swap any existing heat or hot water system (and all the various connections) for an equal system; but I do not have a gas license. This means for a different type or new installation a gas tech needs to verify correct sizing and hook up.Forced air systems:With very limited exceptions, I do not install these, or make changes. I can service an oil fired burner on an air system.AC or split systems:I do not work with condensers.

The rating from Fredrick K appears to be for a JH Plumbing and Heating that operates in northern Vermont, and is not related to myself in any other way than the common spelling.
Fredrick must have missed the map location, or assumed I was a very large company indeed! I wish this error could have been avoided, and perhaps, in time, his post will be retracted!

It took him EXACTLY 3 HOURS to finish the simplest job. He didn't have to open a ceiling or a wall or a floor. He didn't have to change parts or to repair anything. He kept walking up and down from the basement (he did not touch a thing) to the second floor, with intermediate stops on the first floor. All to run up the bill.
Of course you can't do anything and can't say anything in those circumstances because they can leave you with the problem unsolved. They hold you hostage and they know. So, 3 hours later and $225 lighter in my bank account, for labor, no parts, my bathtub clog was fixed.
You have been warned.
