I sub rent this condo for my Nicole’s Fishing Bed & Breakfast as one of my 25 locations. We recently had a group of 8 for 4 nights very comfortable, had everything I needed to accommodate my clients with meals and awesome lodging! Highly recommended and we I will be using this condo a lot !! ❤️🎣

I have been fishing in Venice for 20 years and have finally found the perfect laccomodations. The Riverhouse in Venice marina isa 3 story condo that feels more like a home. Park at the front door to unload and walk out the back door to board your boat in a covered private dock. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bottom floor kitchen is great for preparing a quick breakfast before walking out to your boat. It even has a half bathroom to take care of business before boarding your boat. The 2nd floor kitchen has everything you need for preparing your meals. I really liked the three bathrooms conveniently location in the 3 bedrooms. Look no further, this is where to stay when you are fishing or hunting in Venice.
Another perk is the land line phone to accommodate the poor cell phone service in the area. In addition to the free WiFi and Roku on TVs you have all the comforts of home.
I will stay at the Riverhouse whenever I can in the future.
