I cannot speak more highly of this company. Their promptness and professionalism was well beyond my expectation. I had a huge, multiple day tree project on Casey Key that I needed completed and after a questionable experience with another tree company I was nervous. Black Tie came out and took care of my whole property. Their whole team worked as a well oiled machine. They are respectful of your property and clean as they go. He makes sure you are 100% happy before his crew leaves your house. Thank you so much and I look forward to working with you again.

Highly recommend! I called to get an estimate and Bruce knows his Trees’s! He said he has 3 crews and can do the entire 2 acres in one day! Well they did it all in one day! The trees were sculpted with precision. Moss and dead branches gone. The yard was so neatly left it looked as if it had been swept with a broom . I watched Black Tie team remove a row of large Australian Pines on a neighboring property. They were clean, well-spoken, and had good equipment. They worked efficiently and cleaned up promptly.
I had no hesitation in asking them to perform routine maintenance on my dozen live oaks, and had no regrets in doing so. They showed up on time, were careful, and efficient. I will be asking them back next spring to repeat the work.
Update-not so good this time 2 years later
For my second experience with this team I was disappointed. No call to schedule the work, so when they turned up on a day that was not good for me, it was confusing.
The team left without checking with me, and I felt short changed.
Will not be using them again.
