The best benefit was no roaches or bed bugs!! So thats why I gave it three stars! The rest of it was a little meh.. asked to change rooms but said they didnt have one. The AC unit was dripping puddles on the floor and didnt work well, water damage where the puddles had been for a while it seemed. Our bedding when we came in had stains on it which they did give us new bedding but? Yuck. Then when you go to use the restroom things like the 2x mirror was hanging out of the wall, the room itself wasnt that nice but at least it didnt have bugs. It was convenient to Venice and neighboring towns which we like but well probably try the adjacent hotel next time.

Way over priced for what is offered. Housekeeping does not attend to room during stay unless requested 24 hours in advance. Did not even bring clean towels. Suites do not have a sofa bed. Only a small couch that does not fold out. Room was clean and they provided a decent breakfast m

Excellent stay. The room was quiet, nice, clean, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, but a little too high for my less than 5 feet. I had to climb up on it.
Lots of seating. We did not use any amenities. Coffee is always available. We left way before breakfast. Jameson at the front desk was awesome. He let us grab two danish, juice, and two fruit cups. Much appreciated! He was extremely helpful and friendly. Awesome at 5am! When we called to inquire about a reservation, we spoke with Stephanie. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. Gave us a good rate as well. I did not catch the name of the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly as well. Most hotels could take a lesson from this Best Western! They do an excellent job!
We also walked 2 doors down to BrewBurgers. Excellent meal close by.
