However, the office work section of the facility feels very disorganized and rushed and is not always the most courteous. I also don't like their scheduling policies. You basically can never schedule your next appointment after you've seen your doctor. They only schedule out a few weeks in advance. This is really frustrating and means most likely my follow-up will not be when it is supposed to be. I often also do not get referral calls to schedule appointments as well. I called today to schedule an appointment with my GP and was told that they couldn't schedule it and then next two weeks so they'd have to postpone it. Can't they just schedule it later? No they can't because they don't schedule out that far. So I just have to wait and see if they can schedule it then. I've considered looking elsewhere, but I like my doctors so I'll stay for now.
