Best money I have spent on my car in a while. Friendly staff and service team. Called in for a minor repair, they said it would only take about 30 min to a hour, and they indeed fixed the issue that fast! Normally I feel like places would extend how long it took so they could get you on the hook for more money, but not this place. Fast, efficient, and did what they said they would do. I will be returning next time my car needs more work.

I just saw that you replied asking what you could do better. Be honest with your customers and stop lying to people, that would be step one. I had to have another shop fix; a rear axle seal, 1 bearing, 2 lower control arms, 2 ball joints, 1 upper control arm, and my breaks when I PAID YOU TO DO All Of THESE THINGS LESS THAN 6-8 MONTHS AGO. They were still the original parts (with missing hardware). Your shop charged me for parts and work they didn't didn't do. That's a terrible and ugly business practice. I wouldnt care if it was 50 bucks or 100 bucks. But it was multiple thousands of dollars to fix my truck AFTER I paid you multiple thousands of dollars to fix my truck.

Chris was a great person to talk to, very nice and helpful. The technician also fixed a mudguard that was loose when my oil was getting changed; it was a small thing, but appreciated.

Great service and prices. Only down side is didnt have an updated scanner to turn of my warning light
