Love love LOVE coming here! I cannot recommend this store enough, even to "big kids". They have a huge variety of products, for all age ranges and capabilities. The staff have all been kind, and they genuinely want to help you with what you're looking for. I personally come in for puzzles and fidget toys, and have had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone should come here at least once!

I have been a loyal customer of this store for several years, purchasing toys for every holiday. However, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. The store's operating hours listed on Google turned out to be inaccurate, as they closed an hour earlier than stated. Unfortunately, I arrived just 3 minutes after their closing time and was unable to purchase the toy I wanted for my child. This experience left a negative impression on me, as it is heartbreaking to disappoint a child who has been eagerly anticipating a toy. It is important for businesses to understand that such incidents can easily result in the loss of a customer's loyalty. Also they have a higher prices than other similar stores. I thought it nice to support a local business. I do think that anymore for Kazoodles store.
