Mary B., PA-C is simply amazing. Treats you like youre apart of the decision making team. I can tell she is very knowledgeable and always has a good answer for my random questions. I really appreciate her listening to me. Front staff have been nice to me, always. I always show up early cause I know they are busy. Thank you Mary for all your help!

I wish I had read reviews before scheduling an appointment. My son (has acne) and I had arrived 3 minutes late to our appointment due to construction on the road. Receptionist said we should have arrived 30 minutes prior. They happily rescheduled us after waiting 10 weeks to be seen. I cannot wrap my head around how they can leave you in a waiting room for hours with zero communication but you show up a few minutes late and you're the loser here....I would not go here for services, period.

Id like to start by communicating that this is the first negative review I have ever left in my life. Even with not so great experiences I will avoid leaving a review for the sake of the business. This however needs to be known.
Nice people, Im sure they mean well. They told me my service would be covered by my insurance - this is why I used them. While I was there the PA casually asked me if I wanted her to do something about the wart on my hand. I said yes and she sprayed it with nitrogen.
Months later I get a bill for over $500 saying my insurance didnt cover it - a line item for over $300 was on my invoice for spraying my wart. There was zero communication of any type of up-charge for that. Had I known I would have absolutely declined.
That seems like a complete lack of integrity to not communicate that.
They have also begun automatically billing me which I did not verbally consent to.
I wouldnt recommend going here.

I was happy to see she is working in Vancouver now
, as I used to see her in Beaverton .
