What's odd is that this address 5620 NE Gher Rd., Ste. H is not RPM, but rather AtlasLabs, a company that provides lab testing services. Phone numbers do not work and have not received a response from any of my emails over the last few weeks. Making things more difficult is that there are a number of property management companies using similar name to this company. I checked the Secy of State site and their annual report expires July 31. My father worked with Kenn Opp and Holly Bullard, so it's distressing to see this company fall-if it's even still open.

We signed a lease to rent a house through Real Property Management. Holly didnt think it was necessary to mention radon in the house until after we signed the lease, as she was handing us the keys to the house. 2 days after that encounter we decided we didnt feel comfortable moving forward. They kept our first months rent and deposit (3k) and threatened me with legal action when I asked for a refund. We never even moved in. If Holly had been honest and up front about the level of radon in the house from the beginning then we may have been able to move forward with renting but with the lost trust we didnt feel comfortable renting from them. If you value the safety of your family then dont rent from Real Property Management.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted the company to list my property for rent. After several attempts to meet to look at the house, the company finally sent a person out to look at the property. This was after several cancelled appointments. The person said they liked the property and would send out documents for our review in order to list the property. They never did. I called several times and sent emails and was completely ignored. This is not how a business should be run. Ghosting a potential client is inexcusable. I can't imagine what a nightmare this company would have been to work with if they had listed our property.

Worst company! Specifically Holly B! She has lied soooo many times. Doesn't want to answer phone calls and then when we show up to the business she sends out an assistant and they close the door on us and say there is nothing they can do. We have been waiting on our deposit and Holly said she sent it. We have yet to receive it! I DO NOT RECOMMEND renting through them!
