Amazing fast experience from start to finish. Had Ed over on a Saturday and by Thursday all my new floors were installed. Amazing work and would highly recommend to anyone. !!!!

Communication is great, until the flooring quality declines. We used this service later last year and recently noticed that one of our planks is already becoming detached from the floor. I contacted the company and they responded after my second email. They asked if I had extra flooring and said they'd fix it. They also asked for a photo, which I sent. They came back and told me that it was my rolling chair, which although I wasn't aware could cause the issue, trusted their word. That is, until I later realized that we have rolling chairs in other rooms that haven't caused the same issue.
Even so, they agreed to come and fix the plank. That was the last I heard from them as any further attempts to schedule the fix have gone ignored. I'd have not left this review even if they'd at least responded and told me they wouldn't be coming back out. (I had even offered to pay for the fix.)
I'd steer clear and find a company that backs their work and wants to make it right with customers who spend a good deal of money on new flooring. I am also logging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
