I needed to ship a package last minute, and this location was close by. Instead of helping, the two employees present LAUGHED at me for trying to send something overnight on a Friday. They fed me misinformation, saying that no shipping companies will ship overnight on a Friday.
I left, feeling frustrated and insulted. I went to an actual FedEx office and was easily able to send my package. Don't go to this store if you expect decent customer service.
