This group catered my wedding reception and did a marvelous job!! The meal was better than typical wedding food and they even helped cut and serve our cake. They were very communicative throughout the process as well! I highly recommend The Butler Did It

Very unprofessional-
Daughter in law (To be) paid the deposit on 2/23/22 it was deposited/cashed on 3/10/22..
Prior to the wedding there were multiple emails sent trying to verify things with no response, 3 days before the wedding DIL finally reached Karen and was told that the wedding WASN'T on the books.. Karen said she would make it happen after realizing her error-
Wedding day-
Staff was not friendly at all-
Food was good (hence 2 stars) but constantly empty, which is unexplainable, food for 209 and only 170-180 attended..
Very disappointing-

I reached out to Karen at the very beginning of our wedding planning process as I had heard phenomenal reviews. She was so nice to work with and quickly reserved my date (or so I thought) so I sent in my deposit. I sent my deposit 2/26/22 and it was cashed 3/11/22 so I thought everything was set. About a month out from our date, I reached out to her to let her know that I had gotten a final headcount, what our brisket to chicken ratio was and gave her the address of the venue along with our reception timeline. Once we were a week out, I reached out again to get a final price so that I could have payment prepared for her the day of. She never responded so I reached back out a couple days later and still heard no response. Now it's 3 days before the wedding and I'm panicking so I call her and I find out that she doesn't have me on her schedule, but she assured me that she'd make it work as long as I could forward all of our email correspondence back to her. So now it's the day of the wedding, her servers are late, they're rude to our guests, they can't keep food on the table, and then they run out of food. The biggest complaint I have is running out of food because I over estimated my party and included children in our headcount. I told Karen that we would have 210 including all of my vendors, but in reality, we only had about 180 so there should have been PLENTY of food. I paid for 210 guests but didn't get enough food to feed 180 guests - that just is unacceptable. The reason I'm giving her 2 stars is because the food was good, but I'm disappointed that it was such a stressful situation and that I didn't get the food that I paid for.
