Horrible experience! The pharmacy techs are novice. They had to place me on hold to ask the next person -who doesn't know- a simple question; back and forth. I was very patient with them until they told me they rejected my prescription same day!
These people need to go back to training.

Absolutely unprofessional, unprepared, and extremely poor customer service. It is absolutely mind boggling that these are considered health professionals. I have been waiting on a prescription for days on end. Please for your own health and safety stay away from this treacherous journey called a "pharmacy".
