I dont usually write reviews but this time I will. I purchased a Lincoln from these guys back in august of 2022. I took the car back not long after because the windshield needed to be replaced and they replaced it, cool. When I picked up the vehicle it was dark and I didnt notice anything wrong with it. I then got home and realized that my vehicle was scraped while being in their care, I had to get this fixed on my own and pay out of pocket myself.
I also kept calling them and speaking to the managers about my 2nd key that they never gave me. When I purchased the vehicle they said that they had it but didnt have access to it so they were gonna mail it out to me. Weeks went by they kept telling me they were working on it. Finally Then Months go by and they told me they dont have the key so now I have to go in personally so they can make the second key (I live 2hours away 1 1/2 with ZERO traffic) . I asked them if they can just cut me a check for what the key cost OR speak to another Lincoln dealership closer to me so they can work something out between them and get me my second key I PAID FOR and they said no. To this day no one has tried to help me nor do I have my 2nd key. Definitely one of the worst experiences with this dealership.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Harut helped us out with our purchase and it was smooth and seamless. If your looking for a new vehicle just ask for Harut, his the man!

Stayed with me through the whole process even cleaning up some after sale things as promised months after our deal. 5 star service time and time again. Thanks Justin
