Im not a negative person and I really dont usually leave bad reviews but the girl taking my order was so unwelcoming and rude. I already deal with anxiety and I fear for interactions like this. The coffee was good! But they asked for my name, and after waiting 10 minutes I got up to go see if it was ready and they had never called it out or anything so it had been sitting there. Either way, panera bread as a whole just isnt great anymore. But this one in particular just doesnt have the nicest people working there.

In general just ok, some of the staff are polite but the guy with glasses and curly hair is extremely Rude, he follow me around the store for 13 cents , then I pay cash, I used to go there all the time but with the experience I had today , never again, the customer service sucks , he shouldnt work in the restaurant business. He is extremely unprofessional . There are other options with good service and welcoming and respectful staff.

Please do better. Payed over $3.00 extra to get a proper amount of chicken salad on my sandwich. It was made with less than normal the amount and wrapped so tightly that when I opened it most of the sandwich was outside of the bread and smeared everywhere. When I politely asked if I could have my sandwich remade, Erica the manager, made my experience far worse by making me feel that it was my fault and placing the blame on her scooper that portions out the food for her. I could have done without the condescending attitude during her scooper blaming and should have been met with an equally polite response to fix the problem. Erica may be having a bad day but that was clearly the most unacceptable way to solve a problem as the stores operating manager. Do better Panera and I hope Erica figures out that whole scooper situation before someone else falls victim to overpaying and then getting shamed for asking what they paid for.
On the bright sidethe team lead, Emma Sue, was extremely polite and helped me out immediately.
