      During a service call for RayPak, a gas pool pool heater manufacturer, we found an extremely hazardous and deadly condition inside the home located at 215-73 26th Avenue in Douglaston, NY. Following company procedures and protocol we called the New York City Building Department, the FDNY and the NYPD to make them aware of this deadly condition. This customer had the equivalent of multiple combustion cars inside his home running - releasing deadly carbon monoxide inside the home! No work was permitted. As licensed plumbers we have the duty to protect the health of the nation. Today we saved the lives of this home and got a 1-star review from an unapologetic and disgusting individual who puts money before lives.
