If I could leave a -1 rating I would. This location needs an overhaul in terms of the caliber of customer service. I HATE going here. I have been with T-Mobile before it was T-Mobile (it was called VoiceStream over 23 years ago ) so I am probably one of their oldest and longest running customers. The associates think they know everything, they have ego issues, are defensive, attitudes, just abrupt and rude. They need training in how to speak to customers and drop their egos at the door when they arrive to work each morning. If I was management, I would let each of them go one by one until I could rehire a better staff with nicer personalities.
Today is T-Mobile Tuesday, I walked in simply to use my app to pick up the giveaway for the day. The young lady that was standing behind a counter facing the door, when I walked in, never smiled once. I am person who is always smiling, very upbeat personality and friendly. I asked if she had the sunglasses for T-Mobile Tuesday, she was like "Yes we do and what else do you need" - I said that was all and that I already had 4 phones on service with them and I was smiling as I was talking to her and also let her know I had been with them almost 24 years. She was like "appreciate your loyalty" (not said with a smile more of an attitude). She was starting to tell me about other things they are trying to sell. When the app was having issues, she said I needed to close all my apps on my phone and that's why it wasn't working - but that was incorrect. I found the start button, and showed her, she even had an attitude when she told me to click it. She was just a very unpleasant young lady and she needs to find another job where she doesn't deal with customers. Never once did she smile, she was abrupt, direct and very rude. I don't ever say anything to rude associates I encounter, I just get my business done and leave the premises. I did leave feeling like I'm done with this location. I dread coming here for anything over the years. They just can't get customer friendly staff.
I did not want to go there today and I WILL NOT be returning again.
I have been with T-Mobile for 24 years. For the amount of money I have spent with them over all those years, I deserve to be treated as a valued customer - and greated with a SMILE. That is not too much to ask.
There are many other locations within a 5 mile radius and I will drive further for better, and friendly service and recommend everyone else do the same.
