Do not hire them! Per Nicki Slade of Fairgrove Property Management, they wrongfully towed a vehicle costing us over $400. They have refused to reimburse us to this point after many false promises of delivering a check.

We had several streets in our condo complex repaved and sealed. They showed up on time, very professional and helped some older residents move plants and pots. The project looks fantastic and we are very satisfied with the results. We will definitely call them again for future paving.

We paid to have Joes asphalt our driveway. The asphalt sealant developed holes starting about a week after it was laid down. Joes keeps saying they will come out and fix it, but it has been two months and they always cannot come at the last minute. And they never follow up.

Horrible job. Inspector failed it and they wouldnt fix it. Ended up in lawsuits where they lied about what happened. Horrible company.

Aggressive & rude workers will harass you ! While working in our building complex .. these workers failed to provide anyone directing traffic or blocking their area of work . Therefore , as i continued to my driveway .. I was met by three men yelling inappropriate words & raising their hands in a harassing way towards me in order for me to stop when they could of easily been more professional about it. The man running the job named Ivan was even ruder mentioning he didn’t care about his attitude when it was their obligation to direct or block traffic in their area. I will mention to my HOA to never recommend this company to any one . Nightmare of workers to to deal with . Picture for reference so you could see Ivan barely putting a sign up after him & his staff verbally attacked me for trying to get into my house.
