Second year in a row that taxes were done expeditiously and we got a tax return.  HOWEVER? Did not appreciate having to pay $11 surcharge to use my credit card to pay the bill.  This amount is outrageous and not acceptable.  If I had known about this charge I would have come up with a different form of payment. Disappointing!

My wife and I went into this office to ask about tax preparation, when we went in it was clear we wasn't welcomed there, by the way we were treated, we are black I do appreciate them not being phony and taking my business when you really don't want too, and do a lousy job on my taxes.people of color patronize at your own risk.

HORRIBLE....THEY SAID WE WERE GOING TO BE GETTING A REFUND OF 1100$$$$ AND I END UP GETTING A LETTER FROM I.R.S....STATING THAT I NOW OWE....1100$$$$$....I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THAT WORKS
