Farmers Insurance - Nenita Mendoza

I was recommended by a friend of mines to join farmers with agent Nenita Mendoza. I got a quote if $150 for my car insurance. The next month of my bill date my bill increased from $150 to $240. I thought maybe that it was from the installment fee since I was a new customer to Farmers. After 3 months with farmers my bill increased to $400. I called Nenita for her to explain the problem and she said she “ACCIDENTALLY” added someone’s car insurance to MY policy and that I would be receiving a refund OF WHICH I NEVER GOT BACK.
6 months in with farmers insurance my bill went up to $622. I was very upset. I canceled my insurance due to the fact that my bill kept rising every month and this issue was never resolved.
I recently got a mail from credit collections saying that I owed $622 of which I did not pay because FALSE information and canceling my policy due to REOCCURRING bill statements for 6 months!
I was getting charged more than what I signed on the papers and what Nenita quoted me, my bank account was getting charged even when I locked my bank card!
Come to find out that she all of a sudden “retired” from Farmers insurance.
I called a new person that is now taking over the location where Nenita used to work at for Farmers insurance to have statement balances of my insurance since I will be going into further legal action with this case. Interesting to me that OTHERS have be scammed as well by this horrible woman and that she has done “illegal stuff”!
Nenita, what you have done is NOT right! I let it go after she ‘MISTAKENLY’ added someone else to my policy! And now I am receiving a credit collections of $622? SEE YOU IN COURT.
