image I didn't last 3 months with her.
Let me try and make this quick and short.
Very sweet at first, and projects herself as a promising and accommodating lady. Once I signed her lease for Idora Ave she refused to buy a new fridge even though ours had smelled rancid and she said we would figure it out (dead rat was later found stuck beneath fridge) so we had to buy OWN FRIDGE and THEN she made us wait a MONTH before buying us a new stove because ours not only had a gas leak but eventually stopped working all in all :) I lost tons of weight and was eating a nasty amount of fast food, also made the air fryer work even thought it caused power surges.
We soon found the unit had rats in the ceiling, bad electrical- and i'm talking one breaker switch to power EVERY room in the house including kitchen & living room- plumbing issues with tree roots in tiny corroded pipes shared with the other unit, mold in the garage with no assist to even open it (takes a very strong man or 2 people to lift the door up- my back hated that thing)
I sent her many letters regarding these issues from the start of my stay there , in return (after my 2nd mailed letter and many texts) she gave notice to move cars she said we could keep on the property ... 3 day notice that is - she waited until I paid one last rental payment before serving me A NON RENEWAL LETTER basically saying to leave on or before lease end date because I didn't move the cars. BS right ????? Law breaker at its finest . Glad i'm out of there and not giving her a single penny. Oh and yes I still paid a FULL AMOUNT OF RENT on time each month :)

image I was starting the process of renting from daisy at 420 Benicia rd Vallejo California and upon arrival it was so dirty as if nobody cleaned at all there was mildew on every window seal and bathroom floor the ceiling had water damage so upon spending 137$ on cleaning supplies to do the job she shouldve had done I found a nice family of roaches and attempted to speak with her regarding it but was brushed off after buying bug bombs see if that helped which it didnt at all I decided this is acceptable for human habitation which is ca law so upon being beyond polite asked for money back and was then charged 62$ for a days rent plus 200$ for according to her ruining her weekend then was told to shut up and stop whining as I mentioned that seems unreasonable and then was intimidated by her husband Stephen I highly suggest you stay away from this slum lord dont believe me ask any tenant cause 4 of them came outside to divulge how they where screwed over as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!
