Delivery supposed to be 3weeks according to Brian Farberov. Delivery committed on 31 Mar. Despite many emails to ask for delivery status on 14Feb, 17Feb, 7Mar, 12Mar, 31Mar, 5Apr, 7Apr 11Apr, 13Apr ,21Apr 25Apr, Brian replied on 17Feb (delivery 3wks), 13Feb (Waiting for parts)13Apr (waiting for parts). Decided to call UKAM office but nobody answer. Ask status again on 27Apr, 28Apr, 17May, 18May and 25May. Reply from Brian on 30Apr(will reply on next Monday), 3May (committed delivery on 16May). Get my friend in USA to call Brian on 24May. Unable to get any commitment from Brian on delivery.
6Jul - Complain to BBB Case#ID 495800.
16 Aug - Replied from BBB that they are unable to pursue further on this matter.
29 Sep - Seek full refund from UKAM and no respond from Brian at all after that
19 Oct 17 - Wrote to BBB again to ask if they are able to help to get full refund or not. No reply from BBB.

Been buying my tools there past 8 years. Selection of quality diamond products is in my opinion, the best in the area. I bought my first package miniature drills there for drilling beads, and I have never had regrets. Over the years have purchased almost all of my diamond tools here (blades, drills, core drills, diamond discs, etc)
They will really treat you nicely as a returning customer. The staff there is one of the most knowledge i came across. Glass working is an expensive hobby and for me become my livelihood over the years. The people who answer the phone are able to understand what i need without having to do much explaining. Quality Tooling is very important in my trade. You get what you pay for holds very true. The guys there always pointed me in the right direction so i can get what i need without having to spend more then what is needed.
They have never tried to push me into a sale, exceed my budget, or get me to buy things I don't need Overall, Good Product Selection, excellent quality and super knowledgeable staff dedicated to their trade

Great company. Loyal customer for over 20 years. As a job shop we machine all types of ceramics and glass materials to client specifications and can take on any job from 1 to thousands of parts. Using High quality tooling is one of the keys to our competitive edge. This is why we like working with them what makes them different is the quality of their products.
Tools are not all the same and from my experience there can be very dramatic differences in product performance. For me this includes cutting speed, tool life, cut quality and consistency in the results. While there are number of quality manufacturers we have worked with, i think these guys stand out from the crowd in that regard.
They are not perfect nor are they the cheapest provider you can find. When your business depends on high quality output and consistent results to stay competitive, these are the guys you need to work with.

Got 24" diamond grinding disc for my glass work. Been using it off and on for over a year now, it works great and seems to outlast my discs before that. Will have to check out their grinder when my current one gives out, which may be sooner then later). Overall a great product

we have been using their diamond slicing blades 6" to 10" diameter for slicing ceramic (al203, silicon carbide, pzt, boron nitrite and many others) for as long as I can remember
blades are used on our Chevalier surface grinders set up for this application. Their blades work better then most other vendors then we have tried and they seem to have everything in stock that we need.
I also ordered from them custom ID core drills and form tools that we are happy with the level of performance.
