First, no one answers the phone. EVER! Second, the customer service has gone downhill so much. They no longer see customers on Saturdays for new accounts. They don't offer any financial guidance for people interested in qualifying for a mortgage who have banked there for years. I really don't know why we even still have a Regions Bank here considering how terrible they've become.

They never answer the phone I can only get service if I drive to this branch at least someone responded to this post but it was really bad when we were on the phone with regions green line and they transferred us to that branch and still nobody picked up the phone.
