Charged for a full bottle of propane even though it was only half empty. They charge you for a full bottle anyway. And they won tell you first. Stay away!

I needed to have our gas fireplace serviced (for a second time), and whomever answered the phone seemed very inconvenienced by my phone call so close to the holidays. I told her that I understood that it may have to wait until after the holidays, but I never did receive a phone call back. She also implied that maybe my children messed up the fireplace and that we would be charged another service fee to send the technician out again. I told her I understood this, but I still needed to have the gas issue with the fireplace fixed. My call completely inconvenienced her and she clearly was not interested in my business. I will say, however, that the technician who came out the first time was prompt and respectful.

Great customer service! The day before Thanksgiving I dropped off two propane cylinders, not only were they filled quickly but they waited till after closing for me to pick them up. Just wanted to thanks again!
