Tom and Brian and John designed the creek walk deck. In the past there has been numerous high water events causing much damage to other Projects. NOT EVEN A SCRATCH ON MINE.
Tom has been a great community member and leader. When a group was suing businesses because of differences in local, state and federal codes. He assisted in the fight that changed the actions of the claimants. You know Tom will always do his best.

Tom Phillippi's passion and knowledge are a rare combination in today's development world. I am in the process of building a school and Tom's insight, experience, and cut-to-the-chase business sense was very refreshing. Not to mention he has experienced every road-block a person could have in this line of work. His company is unmatched locally, and his ability to work within a short timeframe is amazing.
