Don't rent there. There's no manager on the property. If you need something fixed, it takes weeks, even months to get it done. You can't get a hold of the manager, there is residents who don't even know her. Laundry rooms are always dirty, and washer machines are always broken. Units have a lot of problems. You can hear EVERYTHING from other neighbors, and if you live downstairs, it is even worse. Also, the buildings have asbestos, and they dont tell you on the interview, I found out years later when I read the contract. There is an ant and roache problem. You can find a nicer place for that money.
