I met with Elizabeth Gomez two years ago to help me with an uncontested divorce. I paid her the fee she asked for and was told she could have everything finalized in six months. That was two years ago and she has failed miserably. My documents were returned several times from the courthouse for being incomplete. Each time, I would call Elizabeth to see what was going on. She would assure me she was confident and knew her job. Well, I eventually had to hire an attorney to help me complete the divorce. Elizabeth has stopped returning my calls and never replied to my refund request. I informed her that my next course of action will be Small Claims Court to get my money back. She's a total fraud and incompetent paralegal. Save your money. Don't ever use Elizabeth Gomez for any paralegal services.
