Gemini Pets and Things LLC left me utterly disappointed. Their overpriced products disintegrated within days, rendering my $96 purchase worthless. Despite commendable customer service, their sluggish response time deterred me from reaching out. The friendly employee couldn't compensate for the store's limited and expensive inventory. To add insult to injury, they brazenly swindled my payment without delivering the order or issuing a refund. Caution is advised when dealing with this deceitful establishment.

I ordered necklace from them they fall apart quick I spent 80 bucks on them for nothing customer service is great tho. & I didn't bother to contact them because they take forever to reply .
