Find another company. In 2022 we financed a 15-20K+ system that is now paid off. A check for 152.00 was returned due to having the wrong account numbers printed on it (2022). We stopped by their shop and paid cash. Do I still have the receipt? Still looking but sadly, No. This year, 2024, I get a past due notice because they claimed on the phone the bookkeeper had left and their "NEW" software said I didn't pay. Do what you like, hire them. Maybe accusing people of not paying is worth years of future business. Maybe your installation and service will be better. Maybe the owner will even show up to inspect the final installation. Not likely as he is very busy. I waited 5 months to have an air filter replaced because they didn't bring one with them to replace it during a scheduled maintenance. After 5 phone calls over several months they finally showed up to finish the service. The response to my initial review is a testament to their customer service. As a Military Veteran and Consumer I stand by my review. Do more research than I did and save yourself the aggravation. Their motto may be, "We are never wrong"

Country Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning completed a Yearly Propane Furnace TuneUp plus a Media filter changed on 10/17/2022 = $152.19.The Check never through a couple times in Oct/Nov. 2022. Payment was check# 3549 (NOT CASH). Our Payzerware Accurate Billing System. We Just received a Check on 2/08/2024 that Paid for the Provided Services. Bought a boiler from them 4 years ago and for the the last 4 winters I had no heat. I have to call them so many times because they boiler keeps going down I lost track. They still wont replace the boiler when I bought it brand new from them.
This place is a joke and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Country Suburban Installed: *Lennox Wall mount boiler was installed about 3 years ago. Lennox M# GCWB95W-205 Mod Boiler - 27,400 BTU's to 151,700 BTU's.Country Suburban Made:*Multiple Service Calls to make adjustments to boiler. Customer's water in system is very dirty due to age of piping causing problems.*Country Suburban made arrangements to get Lennox Representative: (Mike) out to job site with Utica Boiler Factory Rep. (Don), PLUS our Tech: (Tom). They made adjustments to boiler settings.*Lennox Rep. (Mike) and Country Suburban Tech went to job site 1 more time and made adjustments. *Lennox Boiler has to be reset about every Two weeks but it works. NOTE: All boilers per manufacturers warranty need cleaning ONCE a year to maintain warranty.*Country Suburban - Will clean unit for FREE again and get a Factory Rep. back to building.

Harry use to be a man of his word. Hes the worst businessman ever. Had a furnace and a zone heater cleaned. 2 guys were here 20 minutes. Charged $416 and now he doesnt handle the day to day DRAMA as he called it. I hope that $416 made your payroll. Now its going on Facebook.
So I paid their $416 that they robbed. They could care less about it. Harry Gee is a complete jack wagon. Pawning blame on his service department now. USE ANYONE ELSE FOR SERVICE BUT THEM.

He was wrong with his math because the GPS on OUR COMPANY VEHICLE shows that our Techs were at his home for One Hour and 35 Minutes. Facts are Facts, we charge accordingly by GPS Tracking System to be 100% Accurate.We gave a Deal to Mr. Collea as a Loyal Customer & starting drama on Social Media for an Accurate Loyal Invoice is Just Drama. The GPS System proves it all.We always try to be Fair to our Loyal Customers like Mr. Collea and go the extra mile.
