      image Today I had a question about a letter I had gotten in the mail from State Farm. I talked to Sydney. She was not sure on the answer so she transferred me to Tracie and I found out exactly what I was going on with my letter. Then Syd text me maybe five minutes after I was off the phone with Tracie and gave me more information. It is great to get this kind of service in a small town! Thank you very much Sydney.
