We bought a Miele vacuum here about 18 years ago. It was the only unit that would actually work on the incredibly dense carpeting in the house we bought. I also have bee shopping here for cleaning supplies since 1989. Andy and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with both advice on products and tips for cleaning practically everything!

NEVER coming back again ! Andy gave me the worst experience! I had to go 3 times to figure out whats going on with my vacuum I called and none of them even new what was going on ! So unorganized! Instead of him trying to fix my vacuum he tried to buy my vacuum! No one is on the same page !

The service was okay and friendly. The price it was okay. The machines are okay to rent. Great location easy to find. Neighborhood it's okay. There is enough parking place here.

Great stock of parts (needed an old dyson vacuum part, which they had in stock). Awesome staff, very helpful and friendly. A little jewel of a store in a maze of big boxes. We all need to use these guys whenever we can.

We were looking to expand our janitorial services to include carpet cleaning. When we came to this store for the first time in June 2022, the owner said he had a great NSS brand that was only used on demonstrations and was only 6 months old. He said he can give it to me for $5k. I thought it was way too much but my husband was sold by owner's knowledgeable conversation. We we're guaranteed 6 month warranty. We used the machine one time in July for a job and the evacuation pump wasn't pumping the water out and it leaks out from the bottom when the evacuation pump is turned on. He had to manually remove all the water. So we're carrying buckets and buckets of water down the stairs to dump into the toilets because the machine isn't working properly. So I contacted Rick about this and he tells us bring it in. But this time he says they normally give 3-6 month warranty. Starting to sound shady. He tells me bring it in. We do and he says there's nothing wrong with it. In December we have our 2nd carpet cleaning job. The machine stopped working half way through the job, it was draining water from underneath, the evacuation pump again wasn't working, so I contacted Rick and he said he would reach out to his rep. His rep contacts us and basically says the warranty was only 3 months and he will do what he can but basically in the end we would still be stuck with a bill. Omg, this is unacceptable. We still have a $5k broken machine taking up garage space that didn't even pay for half of itself in the 2 jobs we did and we have no warranty. We're done dealing with Rick and his good friend the "rep"
