Not sure how this place hasn’t been red tagged! The rooms are disgusting. The walls haven’t been cleaned let alone painted for what looks like years… dog food on the carpet upon check in so obviously they don’t vacuum. Blood on walls, tv… trash EVERYWHERE! Somehow tho, the water smells like bleach.The maintenance man literally steals anything he wants to take. The Chinito guy from the front desk Will just slide ur window open and open your door Like it’s the thing to do… This hotel is one of them worst case & last case scenarios when there’s no other options! Maybe once this hotel gets upgraded and the new owners learn some manners I might change the rating

This place is hot. To much activity around the clock but dont worry upland pd is either driving through the motel or parked right out front of the motel
