Was brought to ER for suicide attempt 0ct 7 2019. While still in a drugged state I was "diagnosed " by a teledoc psycologist who misdiagdiagnosed as being bipolar and perscribed Abilfy. In the course of a year I gained 60 LBS, I always felt hungry and never fill, causing m me to over eat to the point of vomiting regularly because ny stonach was already too full. I discovered the other side effects of the drug include manic spending of money and gambing addictions. In the course of a year I spent around 80k of my life savings during manic pisodes.
On March 29 2024 I was taken by ambulance to ER for a severe panic attack..I had been having severe abdominal pains for over a week. I was in so much pain a nurse administerd a non narcotic pain killer which really helped.
I was released the same day but later that night the pain returned and kept me from sleeping all night. I called the hospital in the morning to see if there was any way to get more of the pain meds. I was told coldy that since my CT scan showed no abnormalites,.tbe only thing I could do was come back to the ER, but recive not treatnent. I was hesitant to do so becuse i dont have insurnace and they wouldnt give me an estimate for my trearment for two weeks, and didint want to risk losing however many thousands of dollars again for what they admitted would be no treatment. The other option she gave me was to go to a primary care provider which I do not have ane could not get in time during the weekend.
I did not lnow much longer I could go being in such severe pain and unable to rest or sleep. I finally went to target and got some Pepto Bismal and it finally fixed my tummy and i was able to rest fot the first time in days.
Im shocled the entire hospital staff could not even figure out to.recommend pepto bismal for an upset sromach. This place.is a joke. Every staff member blames another sraff member in a differnt deparment for not knowing anything about whats going on. Very much considering hiring a lawyer to sue St Johns for malpratice.

Our beautiful little girl was born here. I cant say enough great things about the team in the birthing center, other than were extremely grateful for their bedside manner, compassion, and professionalism. Hopefully more babies to come!

St. Johns was stellar and I highly recommend Dr. Trott for ENT. Removed a tumor very quickly and took excellent care of the patient.

My wife had a broken arm that required surgery. We were insured by United Health care and all the Dr.s took our insurance. However after the operation we received a huge bill for the Anesthesiologist (who they book). Apparently the hospital rotate anesthesia company and the one the hospital put on my wife's case didn't take our insurance. I hate to complain but I just don't get how they could do this and then take zero responsibility for it? I just recently gave in and paid a bill I should have never received if they did their homework for their patient prior to a procedure.
I will say that when I had my own surgery there, I told them about this and it didn't happen that time.
Dr's and Nurses are AWESOME, but the business side could defiantly be better.
